Types of activity results

a) for placing on the electronic platform of a higher education institution, independently developed and used in the educational process, its own educational methodological complexes (module program, educational content, problem situation, case test, video dare) other than what is provided for in the curriculum:

  • • Up to 5% of salary for each complex (module) in Uzbek or Russian, as well as foreign language specialties ;
  • • up to 10 percent of the salary for each module (module) in a foreign language (except language specialization) ;
  • • Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 15 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position.

b) for developing and introducing new educational products (training courses, houses with methodological support) with extensive use of scientific or laboratory tools together with partner organizations:

  • • up to 10 percent of salary for each product (complex) in Uzbek or Russian, as well as in a foreign language for language specialties;
  • • up to 20 percent of the salary for each product (complex) in a foreign language (except for language specialties) ;
  • • Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 30 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position .

c) 5 percent of the salary for being a member of the commission (working group) in the process of monitoring applicants for entrance exams and candidates for the selection of applicants for studies in all forms of post-higher education in the presence of specialized scientific councils amount is determined.

• Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 15 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position .

d) included in the online educational platforms of higher education institutions that are in the first thousand (top-1000) or top-100 (top-100) international rankings (Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings, Times Higher Education or Academic Ranking of World Universities) of higher education institutions or up to 15 percent of the salary for each lecture conducted in mobile form.

•   Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 30 percent of the salary per month. .

e) for membership (participation) in foreign scientific, expert, scientific and technical councils awarding academic degrees, up to 30% of the salary is determined .

• Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 30 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position

• f) to the author for each article (monograph) that has been continuously in the Scopus database for at least the last two years (this requirement does not apply to journals entered on behalf of Uzbekistan) and published in the journals of Web of Science indexed databases (in the case of several authors, divided into ten amounts) up to 15% of the salary of the position.

g) the amount of up to 15% of the salary is determined for the fact that the result of the intellectual activity that is practically used or introduced in the study process, as well as the textbook, study guide, and the certificate of the implementation of the research in the established order from the central state bodies and state management bodies

•  Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 15 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position .

h) for obtaining a foreign patent for each invention and/or utility model, up to 30 percent of the salary is determined for the author (if there are several authors, in the case of equal distribution).

• Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 30 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position.

  • I) for membership of the editorial board of scientific, scientific-popular journals:
  • • Up to 15% compared to the salary of a position in local magazines;
  • • Up to 30% of the position salary is determined in foreign magazines;

• Based on this requirement, the total additional fee should not exceed 30 percent per month in relation to the salary of the position

 

- those who have a scientific title without having a scientific degree will not be paid extra.
A one-time supplement to the salary of the position is achieved for a certain period
in the case of the sum of the results or the following prerequisites

  1.  
a) for ensuring timely or early defense of the dissertation:
• Up to 30% compared to the position salary in the scientific leadership of philosophy (PhD);
• Up to 60 percent of the position salary for Doctor of Science (DSc) academic advisors

b) up to 60 percent of the salary, taking into account the employee's contribution, for organizing a prestigious international conference (symposium, roundtable discussion) in which the organization participates as a host.

c) up to 30 percent of the salary for each participation in international events related to scientific and pedagogical activities organized in foreign countries (forums, conferences, congresses, conventions, etc.)

d) up to 30% of the position salary for each exhibition for official participation in publicizing their scientific achievements at foreign international exhibitions.

e) up to 30 percent of the salary for each scientific publication included in the specialized international database (monograph, scientific abstract, informative abstract, methodological developments, recommendations, theses, as well as scientific conference materials, scientific articles, collections of scientific works).

f) up to 30 percent of the salary, taking into account the contribution made to the preparation of scientific and practical proposals based on the request of the state authorities and management bodies.
