The number of underprivileged and disabled students at the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute is more than 60, of which 39 students have been given a number of opportunities in the 2022-2023 academic year. 3 students with disabilities living in " Iron Notebook " and " Women Notebook " registers were provided with a free dormitory from their residence and necessary conditions were created. The remaining 36 students are being helped with their fees with a 50 percent discount on the annual student housing fee.

To enable disadvantaged and disadvantaged students to successfully complete their studies:

Resolution PQ-5216 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 9, 2021 "On measures to introduce a new system of state support for orphans and children deprived of parental care" In accordance with paragraph 10, in order to support the education of orphans and children deprived of parental care, the State will pay for the one-time purchase of educational, scientific and literary literature for these students during their studies at the institute. 5 times the amount of base calculation subsidies are allocated from the budget funds.

Providing financial and moral support to students from low-income families to graduate from the institute:

Resolution PQ-5216 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 9, 2021 "On measures to introduce a new system of state support for orphans and children deprived of parental care" In accordance with paragraph 10, in order to support the education of orphans and children deprived of parental care, 8 students who are deprived of parental care studying at the institute are funded by the Student Incentive Fund. stipends are being paid in the amount increased by 50%.  In order to ensure the implementation of this Decision, for the students' personal hygiene items, for the purchase of food products, for clothing, shoes and other items, for the purchase of cards for transportation, as stated in the decision, for students who are deprived of parental care. a certain amount of money has been allocated, provided that it does not go beyond the scope of the law.

Programs or initiatives that help disadvantaged students successfully complete their studies:

Professors and teachers of the institute are organizing free medical examinations for the local population.

Participation as a body in the development of policy documents for the implementation of poverty reduction programs and policies at the local, regional, national or global level:

Explain the opportunities and reforms currently being created in Uzbekistan for students to implement poverty reduction programs and policies at the local, regional, national or global level in the institute, for those who are currently underprivileged, economically disadvantaged or unable to work in their families, disabled and chronically ill. The families with disabled members are being informed about the opportunities provided to families with five or more children, whose family consists of single elderly people, widows, and low-income families who need care of others.

The institute as a legal entity provides programs and projects to improve or promote health and well-being in the local community, including hygiene, nutrition, family planning, sports, exercise, aging and other health and well-being:

Professors and teachers of the department of the institute have been holding sports events, contests and competitions in cooperation with the districts of Fergana district. The institute has volunteer groups made up of students, and these volunteers organize friendly events and competitions with the youth of the neighborhood, and promote health and well-being.  

The institute as an organization shares its sports facilities with the local community, for example with local schools or the general public:

Schoolchildren of "Tinchlik" and "Bo'ston" MFY are engaged in volleyball and taekwondo sports from the sports hall and sports grounds of the institute located on Azodlik street, Fergana city. Psychologist Yu.Khamedova, who works at the institute, conducts psychological interviews, questionnaires, and anonymous questionnaires for students from time to time. Also, daily individual interviews are conducted with students living in student accommodation. At the council of the institute, which was held on August 30, 2022, the institute approved "Rules of Ethics", "Rules of Internal Procedure" and tutors are conducting clarification work for students. All professors, teachers, employees and students, as well as students from a foreign country, must follow the rules and articles contained in these "Rules of Conduct", "Rules of Internal Procedure". In accordance with the rules and articles contained in the Institute's "Rules of Conduct", "Rules of Internal Procedure" and without deviating from the law, any professor, teacher, employee and students are protected.
