Internal regulations of the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health

These Model internal labor regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are developed taking into account the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On Education”, other regulatory acts on higher education and are a local regulatory document that regulates the relationship of labor, study, scientific activity and the educational process at the institute .

CHAPTER 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These rules use the following basic concepts: employee - citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who have reached a certain age and have concluded an employment contract with the institute, as well as foreign citizens and stateless persons; agreement on the performance of work on the qualification, position for a fee in accordance with the internal labor regulations, as well as on the terms established by labor laws and other regulations;
professors and teachers - employees of the department, professors, associate professors, senior lecturers, teachers;

doctoral student - a person admitted to the institute in the prescribed manner for basic doctoral or doctoral studies;

Independent applicant - a person admitted to the institute for independent research in the prescribed manner;

student - a person admitted to the institute in the prescribed manner to study in the relevant specialty and receiving education and upbringing.
2. These rules are the internal labor order of the institute, the duties of the institute, management, employee, student, doctoral student, independent researcher, as well as the procedure for hiring, amending and terminating the employment contract, the organization of the educational process. work and study discipline, working hours, rest time and its use, as well as incentives for work and study achievements, liability for violations of labor and academic discipline, discipline in the institution and premises, and with the employer the main internal normative document regulating the issue of other legal relations arising between the employee, doctoral student, independent researcher and students.

CODE OF ETHICS OF FERGANA MEDICAL INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC HEALTH 

Chapter 1 General rules

Article 1 Relationships regulated by this Code

This Code is developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education", other laws and regulations, and provides for teachers and other staff, students, doctoral students (hereinafter - staff, students and doctoral student) regulates the relations related to the principles, norms of professional ethics, the educational process and the basic rules of conduct in the service.

Article 2 Goals and objectives of the Code of Ethics

Objectives of the Code of Ethics: to develop a common culture in employees, students and doctoral students; formation of a modern image of the staff, students and doctoral students of the institute; educating employees, students and doctoral students in the spirit of respect for the institute and its values; to improve the understanding of the ethics of the educational institution and to develop a unified approach to the requirements for appearance and behavior in the higher education institution.

The objectives of the Code of Ethics include: the prevention of delinquency and crime, and the promotion and encouragement of unethical conduct, including violence, cruelty, and immorality, among employees, students, and doctoral students. as well as to protect against various negative vices and ideas and views alien to our national mentality, extremism, separatism, fundamentalism and the influence and attacks of "mass culture".
